人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈陈旧性骨折的临床疗效评价

Clinical observation of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture

目的:观察用人工髋关节置换术(AHR)治疗股骨颈陈旧性骨折(OFFN)的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年5月至2019年5月期间长顺县人民医院收治的30例OFFN患者为研究对象。对这30例患者均采用AHR进行治疗。治疗结束后,观察其治疗的效果、术后并发症的发生情况、伤口愈合的时间、髋关节功能及生活质量的改善情况。结果:这30例患者均顺利完成手术。术后,有1例患者发生深静脉血栓(DVT),有1例患者发生坐骨神经麻痹,无发生感染、人工髋关节脱位及假体下沉的患者。术后这30例患者并发症的总发生率为6.67%,其伤口愈合的平均时间为(2.17±0.48)周。术后3个月,这30例患者Harris的评分及ADL的评分均高于术前,P<0.05。结论:用AHR治疗OFFN的效果确切,术后患者并发症的发生率较低,伤口愈合的速度较快,髋关节功能恢复得较好,生活质量较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of artificial hip replacement(AHR)in the treatment of femoral neck fracture(OFFN).Methods:30 OFFN patients admitted to Changshun County People’s Hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the study subjects.All the 30 patients were treated with AHR.After the treatment,the therapeutic effect,postoperative complications,wound healing time,hip function and improvement of life quality were observed.Results:All the 30 patients completed the operation successfully.After surgery,1 patient developed deep vein thrombosis(DVT),1 patient developed sciatic nerve palsy,and there were no patients with infection,dislocation of artificial hip joint or prosthesis sinking.The total incidence of postoperative complications in the 30 patients was 6.67%,and the average time of wound healing was(2.17±0.48)weeks.Three months after surgery,Harris scores and ADL scores of the 30 patients were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:AHR is effective in treating OFFN.The incidence of postoperative complications is lower,the wound healing speed is faster,the hip joint function recovers well,and the quality of life is higher.
