对手术标本的管理工作实施持续质量改进的效果探究

To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement on the management of surgical specimens

目的:探讨对手术标本的管理工作实施持续质量改进的效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2018年12月期间在北京市海淀区解放军总医院第三医学中心接受诊治的120例患者的手术标本作为研究对象。将这120例患者的手术标本随机平均分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对对照组患者的手术标本实施常规管理。对观察组患者的手术标本实施持续质量改进。然后,比较两组患者手术标本的质量及其对标本管理的满意度。结果:实施管理后,观察组患者手术标本中发生标本感染、标本送检不及时、标本丢失及标本信息填写不全标本的占比均低于对照组患者,其对标本管理的总满意率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对手术标本的管理工作实施持续质量改进的效果较好,可有效地改善手术标本的管理质量,提高患者对标本管理的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement on the management of surgical specimens.Methods:Surgical specimens from 120 patients treated at the Third Medical Center of PLA General Hospital,Haidian District,Beijing from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.Surgical specimens from these 120 patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60).The surgical specimens of the control group were routinely managed.Continuous quality improvement was performed on surgical specimens in the observation group.Then,the quality of surgical specimens and their satisfaction with specimen management were compared between the two groups.Results:After the implementation of management,the proportion of patients in the observation group who had specimen infection,specimen submission was not timely,specimen loss and incomplete specimen information filling were all lower than those in the control group,and the overall satisfaction rate of the specimen management was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of continuous quality improvement on the management of surgical specimens is good,which can effectively improve the management quality of surgical specimens and improve patients’satisfaction with the management of specimens.
