中药汤剂含漱法联合利巴韦林气雾剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Chinese medicine decoction with gargle combined with ribavirin aerosol on children with herpetic pharyngitis

目的:观察用中药汤剂含漱法联合利巴韦林气雾剂对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年5月期间南通市中医院收治的66例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿为研究对象。将其随机分为含漱组和气雾剂组,每组各33例患儿。对两组患儿均采用利巴韦林气雾剂进行治疗。在此基础上,用自拟的中药汤剂对含漱组患儿进行含漱治疗。治疗1周后,对比两组患儿的临床疗效及临床症状消退的时间。结果:与气雾剂组患儿相比,含漱组患儿治疗的总有效率较高,治疗后其退热的时间、疱疹消退的时间均较短,P<0.05。结论:用中药汤剂含漱法联合利巴韦林气雾剂对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿进行治疗可显著提高其临床疗效,加快其退热的速度,缩短其疱疹消退的时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine decoction with gargle combined with ribavirin aerosol in the treatment of children with herpetic pharyngitis.Methods:66 children with herpetic pharyngitis admitted to Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into gargle group and aerosol group,with 33 children in each group.Both groups were treated with ribavirin aerosol.On this basis,the children in the gargle group were treated with self-designed Chinese medicine decoction.After 1 week of treatment,the clinical efficacy and the time of regression of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the children in the aerosol group,the total effective rate of the children in the gargle group was higher,and the time of antifebrile and herpes regression after treatment was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of children with herpetic pharyngitis with Chinese medicine decoction and ribavirin aerosol can significantly improve its clinical efficacy,accelerate the speed of fever reduction and shorten the time of herpes regression.
