恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗慢性乙型肝炎所致肝纤维化的效果探讨

Effect of entecavir combined with Compound Trionyx melanogano tablets in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B

目的:探讨对慢性乙型肝炎所致肝纤维化患者应用恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2017年6月至2019年6月呼和浩特市第二医院接诊的慢性乙型肝炎所致肝纤维化患者78例作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为比较组(39例)和研究组(39例)。为比较组患者采用恩替卡韦进行治疗,为研究组患者采用复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、PⅢP的水平均较治疗前显著降低,P<0.05;研究组患者血清HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、PⅢP的水平均低于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:对慢性乙型肝炎所致肝纤维化患者应用恩替卡韦联合复方鳖甲软肝片进行治疗的效果较好,可显著改善其各项肝纤维化指标。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of entecavir combined with compound trionyx melanogano tablet in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B induced liver fibrosis.Methods:78 patients with hepatic fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B admitted to The Second Hospital of Hohhot from June 2017 to June 2019 were studied.They were divided into comparison group(39 cases)and study group(39 cases)by random number table method.Patients in comparison group were treated with entecavir,and patients in study group were treated with compound trionyx nail soft liver tablet combined with entecavir.The two groups were then compared.Results:after treatment,two groups of patients with serum HA,LN,Ⅳ-C and PⅢP level was significantly reduced,and the P<0.05;Group patients serum HA,LN,Ⅳ-C and PⅢP levels were lower than the comparison group patients,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of entecavir combined with compound trionyx melanogaster tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B induced liver fibrosis patients is better,and can significantly improve the indicators of liver fibrosis.
