浅析孕前甲状腺功能检查对避免不良妊娠结局的意义

The significance of thyroid function examination before pregnancy to avoid adverse pregnancy outcome

目的:浅析孕前甲状腺功能检查对避免不良妊娠结局的意义。方法:选取2018年1月至12月期间在淄川区岭子镇人民政府卫生和计划生育办公室接受孕前检查的306例女性作为研究对象。将这306例受检者分为常规组(n=153)和甲状腺组(n=153)。对两组受检者均进行常规的孕前检查。在此基础上,对甲状腺组受检者进行孕前甲状腺功能检查。然后,比较两组受检者甲状腺功能异常的发生率、妊娠不良事件的发生率、妊娠的时间、新生儿的体重、新生儿的评分、对医疗服务满意度的评分及产后住院的时间。结果:甲状腺组受检者甲状腺功能异常的发生率及妊娠不良事件的发生率均低于常规组受检者,其妊娠的时间长于常规组受检者,其新生儿的体重小于常规组受检者,其新生儿的评分及其对医疗服务满意度的评分均高于常规组受检者,其产后住院的时间短于常规组受检者,P<0.05。结论:对备孕期女性进行孕前甲状腺功能检查,可降低其甲状腺功能异常的发生率及妊娠不良事件的发生率。

Objective:To analyze the significance of thyroid function examination before pregnancy to avoid adverse pregnancy outcome.Methods:A total of 306 women who received pre-pregnancy examinations in the Health and Family Planning Office of Lingzi Town people’s Government,Zichuan District from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.The 306 subjects were divided into the regular group(n=153)and the thyroid group(n=153).Both groups received routine pre-pregnancy examination.On this basis,thyroid function examination was carried out in the thyroid group before pregnancy.Then,the incidence of thyroid dysfunction,incidence of adverse pregnancy events,duration of pregnancy,neonatal weight,neonatal scores,satisfaction with medical services,and duration of postpartum hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:the incidence of thyroid group client thyroid dysfunction and the incidence of adverse events were lower than normal pregnancy group client and the client longer than normal pregnancy group,the neonatal weight is less than the conventional group of subjects,the ratings of the newborn and the medical service satisfaction ratings patients were higher than in normal group,the postpartum and shorter hospitalization time regular group of subjects,P<0.05).Conclusion:Prepregnancy thyroid function examination can reduce the incidence of abnormal thyroid function and adverse events in pregnant women.
