柴胡疏肝散联合阳陵泉电针对慢性胆囊炎患者临床症状及血清炎性细胞因子水平的影响

Effects of Bupleurum Shugan Powder combined with Yanglingquan Electricity on clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic cholecystitis

目的:探讨用柴胡疏肝散联合阳陵泉电针疗法治疗慢性胆囊炎对患者临床症状及血清炎性细胞因子水平的影响。方法:将临清市中医院收治的249例慢性胆囊炎患者随机分为西药组(n=83)、中药组(n=83)与中药联合电针组(n=83)。用常规西药对西药组患者进行治疗,用柴胡疏肝散对中药组患者进行治疗,用柴胡疏肝散联合阳陵泉电针疗法对中药联合电针组患者进行治疗,然后比较三组患者的中医证候积分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平及治疗后其发生不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,西药组患者与中药联合电针组患者的腹部胀满积分、右上腹疼痛积分、恶心嗳气积分和纳差积分均低于中药组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,西药组患者与中药联合电针组患者的腹部胀满积分、右上腹疼痛积分、恶心嗳气积分及纳差积分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,西药组患者与中药联合电针组患者血清CRP、IL-6和TNF-α的水平均低于中药组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,西药组患者与中药联合电针组患者血清CRP、IL-6及TNF-α的水平相比,P>0.05。治疗后,中药组患者与中药联合电针组患者不良反应的发生率均低于西药组患者,P<0.05。结论:用柴胡疏肝散联合阳陵泉电针疗法对慢性胆囊炎患者进行治疗能显著减轻其临床症状,改善其血清CRP、IL-6和TNF-α的水平,且治疗的安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bupleurum Shugan Powder combined with Yanglingquan electroacupuncture on clinical symptoms and serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic cholecystitis.Methods:249 patients with chronic cholecystitis admitted to Linqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into western medicine group(n=83),Traditional Chinese medicine group(n=83)and traditional Chinese medicine combined electroacupuncture group(n=83).With conventional western medicine treatment of western medicine group of patients,with radix bupleuri liver treatment in patients with Chinese medicine group,with radix bupleuri scattered combined gb 34 cupping therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined liver patients treated with electric acupuncture group,then the comparison of three groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral,serum c-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin 6(IL 6)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF alpha)level and its adverse reactions after treatment.Results:After treatment,abdominal fullness score,right upper abdominal pain score,nausea belching score and tolerance score of patients in the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined electroacupuncture group were all lower than those in the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,right upper abdominal pain,nausea belching,and appetite difference were compared between the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine combined with electric acupuncture group(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-in the western medicine group and the electroacupuncture group were all lower than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of CRP,il-6 and TNF-in the western medicine group were compared with those in the electroacupuncture group(P>0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in both the Chinese medicine group and the electroacupuncture group was lower than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with chronic cholecystitis with Bupleurum Shugan Powder combined with Yanglingquan electroacupuncture can significantly reduce their clinical symptoms,improve the serum levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-,and the treatment is safe.
