摘要
目的:探讨用紫外-可见分光光度法(简称紫外分光光度法)测定西洋参含片中总皂苷含量的效果。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定西洋参含片中总皂苷的含量,以D-101大孔树脂作为吸附材料,以浓度为70%乙醇和冰醋酸作为溶剂,以香草醛-高氯酸作为显色系统,将检测波长设为560 nm。总结在上述检测条件下用紫外分光光度法测定西洋参含片中总皂苷含量的效果。结果:按照本研究中的检测条件对西洋参含片中总皂苷的含量进行测定的结果显示,3个批号西洋参含片中总皂苷的平均含量为14.54 mg/g;供试品溶液在配制后25 min内的稳定性良好,供试品溶液中总皂苷的平均吸光度为0.698,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.08%;西洋参含片中总皂苷的平均回收率为100.18%,RSD为1.97%。结果:用紫外分光光度法测定西洋参含片中总皂苷的含量具有良好的精密性、重复性和稳定性。
Objective:To investigate the determination of total saponins in Panax quinquefolium buccal tablets by uV-vis spectrophotometry(uVSPECTROPHOTOMetry for short).Methods:Uv spectrophotometry was used to determine the total saponins in Panax quinoginseng buch tablets.D-101 macroporous resin was used as the adsorption material,70%ethanol and glacial acetic acid were used as the solvent,vanillin-perchloric acid was used as the color development system,and the detection wavelength was set at 560 nm.The results of uv spectrophotometry in determination of total saponins in Panax quinquefolium buccal tablets were summarized.Results:According to the detection conditions in this study,the content of total saponins in panax quinquefolium buccal tablets was determined.The results showed that the average content of total saponins in the three batches of panax quinquefolium buccal tablets was 14.54mg/g.The stability of the test solution was good within 25 min after preparation.The average absorbance of total saponins in the test solution was 0.698,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.08%.The average recovery of total saponins in panax quinquefolium buccal tablets was 100.18%and RSD was 1.97%.Results:The determination of total saponins in Panax quinquefolium buccal tablet by ultraviolet spectrophotometry has good precision,repeatability and stability.
