泻黄散加减治疗心脾积热型小儿疱疹性龈口炎的疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of Xiehuang Powder on children with herpet ic gingivitis caused by accumulation of heat in the heart and spleen

目的:研究对心脾积热型疱疹性龈口炎患儿采用泻黄散加减进行治疗的效果。方法:选择南京市江宁区中医院2018年9月至2019年9月收治的心脾积热型疱疹性龈口炎患儿80例,采用随机数表法将其分为泻黄散组与参考组(40例/组)。为参考组患儿采用小儿豉翘清热颗粒进行治疗,为泻黄散组患儿采用泻黄散加减进行治疗。然后对比两组患儿退热的时间、牙龈红肿消退的时间、口腔溃疡消失的时间、进食量恢复正常的时间、疼痛症状消失的时间和临床症状的积分。结果:1)治疗后,泻黄散组患儿退热的时间、牙龈红肿消退的时间、口腔溃疡消失的时间、进食量恢复正常的时间和疼痛症状消失的时间均短于参考组患儿,P<0.05。2)治疗前,两组患儿口腔黏膜充血、大便干结、口腔溃疡、口干口渴症状的积分相比,P>0.05。治疗后,泻黄散组患儿口腔黏膜充血、大便干结、口腔溃疡、口干口渴症状的积分均低于参考组患儿,P<0.05。结论:对心脾积热型疱疹性龈口炎患儿采用泻黄散加减进行治疗的效果确切,可显著缩短其临床症状改善的时间,降低其临床症状的积分。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Xiehuang Powder on children with herpetic stomatitis caused by accumulation of heat in the heart and spleen.Methods:80 children with herpetic gingivitis from September 2018 to September 2019 in Jiangning District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into Xiehuangshan group and reference group(40 cases/group)by random number table method.Children in the reference group were treated with Xiaoshiqiaoqingregranule,and children in the Xiehuangsan group were treated with xiehuangsan addition and subtraction.Then,the time for antifebrility,the time for gingival redness and swelling to subside,the time for oral ulcer to disappear,the time for food intake to return to normal,the time for pain symptoms to disappear,and the score of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:1)After treatment,the time of antipyretic fever,redness and swelling of gingiva,disappearance of oral ulcer,recovery of food intake and disappearance of pain symptoms in the xiehuang Powder group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).2)before treatment,the score of symptoms of oral mucosa congestion,stool dry knot,oral ulcer and dry mouth thirst in the two groups was compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the scores of symptoms of oral mucosal congestion,dry stool,oral ulcer and dry mouth thirst in children in Xiehuang Powder group were all lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Xiehuang powder on children with herpetic stomatitis caused by accumulation of heat in the heart and spleen is definite,which can significantly shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and reduce the score of clinical symptoms.
