自拟腰痛散联合热量设计功耗(TDP)灯照射治疗寒湿型腰痛的效果观察

Observation on effect of self-simulated lumbago powder combined with heat design power consumption(TDP)lamp irradiation in treatment of cold and wet lumbago

目的:探讨用自拟的腰痛散联合热量设计功耗(TDP)灯照射疗法治疗寒湿型腰痛的临床效果。方法:将2016年9月至2018年9月在重庆市璧山区中医院就诊的80例寒湿型腰痛患者按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组(n=40)与比较组(n=40)。用美洛昔康片对比较组患者进行治疗,用自拟的腰痛散联合TDP灯照射疗法对研究组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组患者的VAS评分低于比较组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:用自拟的腰痛散联合TDP灯照射疗法对寒湿型腰痛患者进行治疗能显著减轻其腰痛的症状,缓解其病情。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-designed lumbago powder combined with heat design power consumption(TDP)irradiation therapy in the treatment of cold and wet lumbago.Methods:From September 2016 to September 2018,80 patients with cold and wet lumbago in Bishan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chongqing were divided into study group(n=40)and comparison group(n=40)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the comparison group were treated with Meloxicam tablets,and patients in the study group were treated with self-designed lumbago powder combined with TDP light irradiation therapy.Then visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and their clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the comparison group,and the total effective rate of the treatment was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-designed lumbago powder combined with TDP irradiation therapy can significantly reduce the symptoms of cold dampness lumbago and alleviate their condition.
