对1例妊娠期乳腺癌患者进行综合治疗的效果及体会

The effect and experience of comprehensive treatment for 1 case of breast cancer in pregnancy

乳腺癌是一种发病率较高的恶性肿瘤。妊娠期乳腺癌是指在妊娠期被确诊的乳腺癌。妊娠期乳腺癌患者约占乳腺癌患者总数的2%~5%。目前,临床上主要是采用手术联合术后化疗的方案对妊娠期乳腺癌患者进行治疗。常用的手术方式有乳腺癌根治术、保乳术联合淋巴结清扫术等,术后常用的化疗药物有蒽环类药物、烷化剂等。但关于是否应在孕35 w前对妊娠期乳腺癌患者进行引产以便对其进行进一步的化疗,临床上尚存在争议。本文就对1例妊娠期乳腺癌患者进行综合治疗的效果及体会进行分析和总结。

Breast cancer is a malignant tumor with a high incidence.Gestational breast cancer is a breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy.Breast cancer in pregnancy accounts for about 2%~5%of the total number of breast cancer patients.At present,the main clinical use of surgery combined with postoperative chemotherapy for the treatment of breast cancer in pregnancy.Common surgical methods include radical mastectomy,breast conserving surgery combined with lymph node dissection,etc.Commonly used postoperative chemotherapy drugs include anthracyclines and analkanization agents,etc.However,there is still a controversy in clinical practice as to whether induction of labor for further chemotherapy should be performed in women with breast cancer during pregnancy before 35 w.This paper analyzes and summarizes the effect and experience of comprehensive treatment for 1 case of breast cancer in pregnancy.
