耗材条形码信息化管理模式在手术室植入类高值耗材管理中的应用

Application of consumables barcode information Management mode in the man agement of high-value Consumables implanted in the Operating room

目的:探讨耗材条形码信息化管理模式在手术室植入类高值耗材管理中的应用效果。方法:将2017年7月至2019年7月期间在成都市第一人民医院手术室使用的215个植入类高值耗材作为研究对象。将2017年7月至2018年7月期间在成都市第一人民医院手术室使用的植入类高值耗材设为A组(92个)。将2018年8月至2019年7月期间在成都市第一人民医院手术室使用的植入类高值耗材设为B组(123个)。使用常规管理模式对A组耗材进行管理。使用耗材条形码信息化管理模式对B组耗材进行管理。然后,比较两组耗材不良事件的发生情况和可追溯的情况。结果:B组耗材的条形码信息记录有误、条形码粘贴不规范、条形码缺失及收费问题的发生率均低于A组耗材,P<0.05;B组耗材可追溯率高于A组耗材,P<0.05。结论:使用耗材条形码信息化管理模式对手术室植入类高值耗材进行管理,可降低其不良事件的发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the information management mode of consumables barcode in the management of high-value consumables implanted in the operating room.Methods:215 high-value implantable consumables used in the operating room of Chengdu First People’s Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were studied.The high-value implantable consumables used in the operating room of Chengdu First People’s Hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were set as Group A(92).The high-value implantable consumables used in th e operating room of Chengdu First People’s Hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were set as Group B(123).Use the general management mode to manage the consumables in Group A.The consumables of group B were managed by using the information management mode of consumables bar code.Then,the occurrence and traceability of adverse events of the two groups of consumables were compared.Results:The incidence of bar code information recording error,non-standard bar code paste,bar code missing and charging problem in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The traceability rate of consumables in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:High value consumables implanted in the operating room can reduce the incidence of adverse events by using the information manage ment mode of consumables bar code.
