对2型糖尿病患者进行细致化护理对其健康知识知晓率、血糖达标率和生活质量的影响

The influence of meticulous nursing on the health knowledge awareness rate,blood glucose reaching rate and life quality of patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨对2型糖尿病患者进行细致化护理对其健康知识知晓率、血糖达标率和生活质量的影响。方法:采用随机抽样法选取新沂市人民医院接诊的60例2型糖尿病患者,按抽签法将其分为比较组和细致化组。对比较组30例患者进行常规护理,对细致化组30例患者进行细致化护理。然后比较两组患者的健康知识知晓率、血糖达标率和生活质量。结果:与比较组患者相比,细致化组患者接受治护后其对健康知识的知晓率、血糖的达标率、GQOL-74评分均较高,P<0.05。结论:对2型糖尿病患者进行细致化护理的效果较为理想,可显著提高其对健康知识的知晓率、血糖的达标率和生活质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of meticulous nursing on the health knowledge awareness rate,blood glucose reaching rate and life quality of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Xinyi People’s Hospital were selected by random sampling method and divided into comparison group and detailed group according to the lottery method.30 patients in the comparison group received routine nursing care,and 30 patients in the meticulous group received meticulous nursing care.Then the health knowledge awareness rate,blood glucose reaching rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the comparison group,the awareness rate of health knowledge,the reaching rate of blood glucose and the GQOL-74 score were higher in the meticulous group after treatment and care,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of meticulous nursing for type 2 diabetes patients is ideal,which can significantly improve the awareness rate of health knowledge,blood glucose attainment rate and quality of life.
