个性化护理在胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the application effect of personalized nursing in insulin pump treatment of diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨并分析对使用胰岛素泵注射胰岛素的糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者进行个性化护理的效果。方法:将近年来珠海市香洲区第二人民医院收治的74例使用胰岛素泵注射胰岛素的DM患者随机分为个性化护理组(PC组,n=37)与常规护理组(RC组,n=37)。分别采用个性化护理模式与常规护理模式对PC组患者与RC组患者进行护理,然后比较两组患者空腹血糖(FBS)和餐后两小时血糖(2hPG)的水平、胰岛素的用量及其对护理工作的满意度。结果:治护后,PC组患者FBS和2hPG的水平均低于RC组患者,P<0.05。护理后,PC组患者胰岛素的用量少于RC组患者,其对护理工作满意度的评分高于RC组患者,P<0.05。结论:对使用胰岛素泵注射胰岛素的DM患者进行个性化护理能显著改善其血糖的水平,减少其胰岛素的用量,提高其对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the effectiveness of individualized care for diabetes mellitus(DM)patients using insulin pump.Methods:In recent years,74 DM patients admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Xiangzhou District,Zhuhai city who injected insulin with insulin pump were randomly divided into personalized nursing group(PC group,n=37)and routine nursing group(RC group,n=37).Patients in PC group and RC group were nursed respectively using personalized nursing mode and conventional nursing mode.Then,fasting blood glucose(FBS)and 2-hour postpranational blood glucose(2hPG)levels,insulin dosage and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment and care,the levels of FBS and 2hPG in PC group were lower than those in RC group(P<0.05).After nursing,the insulin dosage of PATIENTS in PC group was less than that of patients in RC group,and the nursing satisfaction score of patients in PC group was higher than that of patients in RC group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Personalized nursing for DM patients injected with insulin pump can significantly improve their blood glucose level,reduce their insulin dosage,and imp rove their satisfaction with the nursing work.
