采用蒙台梭利教学法对阿尔茨海默病患者进行健康教育的效果研析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨采用蒙台梭利教学法对阿尔茨海默病患者进行健康教育的临床效果。方法:选择2017年1月至2019年1月期间南通市紫琅医院收治的90例阿尔茨海默病患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法,将这90例患者分为常规组(n=45)和蒙台梭利组(n=45)。对两组患者均进行对症治疗。在两组患者接受治疗期间,均对其进行常规护理。在此基础上,采用蒙台梭利教学法对蒙台梭利组患者进行健康教育。然后,比较两组患者简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)的评分及其护理不良事件的发生率。结果:治护后,与常规组患者相比,蒙台梭利组患者MMSE的评分更高,其护理不良事件的发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用蒙台梭利教学法对阿尔茨海默病患者进行健康教育的临床效果确切,可有效地降低其护理不良事件的发生率。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of montessori teaching method in health education for Patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:90 patients with Alzheimer’s disease admitted to Nantong Zilang Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects.The 90 patients were divided into the conventional group(n=45)and the Montessori group(n=45)according to the random number table method.Symptomatic treatment was given to both groups of patients.Patients in both groups received routine care during the treatment.On this basis,montessori teaching method was used to conduct health education for patients in montessori group.Then,the scores of simple Intelligent Mental State Scale(MMSE)and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the montessori group had a higher MMSE score and a lower incidence of nursing adverse events after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of montessori teaching method on health education for Patients with Alzheimer’s disease is definite,and it can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
