胃脘痛患者采用中医护理方案的价值分析

Value analysis of TCM nursing scheme for patients with epigastric pain

目的:探讨对胃脘痛患者实施中医护理的效果。方法:将南通大学附属医院收治的70例胃脘痛患者随机平均分为西医护理组和中医护理组。遵医嘱对两组患者实施对症治疗。同时,对西医护理组患者实施西医护理,对中医护理组患者实施中医护理。然后,比较两组患者的生活质量(QOL)评分、胃脘痛症状积分、对用药护理的依从率、对饮食护理的依从率、对进行运动训练的依从率及对护理服务的满意率。结果:治护前,两组患者的QOL评分及胃脘痛症状积分相比,P>0.05;治护后,中医护理组患者的QOL评分高于西医护理组患者,其胃脘痛症状积分低于西医护理组患者,P<0.05。治护后,中医护理组患者对用药护理的依从率、对饮食护理的依从率、对进行运动训练的依从率及对护理服务的满意率均高于西医护理组患者,其病情好转的时间短于西医护理组患者,P<0.05。结论:对胃脘痛患者实施中医护理可提高其对治护的依从性,改善其病情,提高其对护理服务的满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with epigastric pain.Methods:Seventy patients with epigastric pain in The Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University were randomly divided into western medicine nursing group and Traditional Chinese medicine nursing group.Patients in both groups were given symptomatic treatment as prescribed by the doctor.At the same time,the western medicine nursing group patients to implement western medicine nursing,the Chinese medicine nursing group patients to implement the Chinese medicine nursing.Then,the quality of life(QOL)score,epigastric pain symptom score,compliance rate of medication care,diet care,exercise training compliance rate and satisfaction rate of nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment and care,the QOL score and epigastric pain symptom score of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment and care,QOL score of patients in TCM nursing group was higher than that of patients in Western medicine nursing group,and the score of epigastric pain symptom was lower than that of patients in Western medicine nursing group(P<0.05).After treatment and nursing,the compliance rate of patients in the TCM nursing group to medication nursing,diet nursing,sports training and nursing service satisfaction rate were higher than those in the Western medicine nursing group,and the time of improvement was shorter than that in the Western medicine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing for patients with epigastric pain can improve their compliance with treatment and care,improve their condition,and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
