综合护理在为妊娠中期的产妇使用米非司酮联合利凡诺进行引产中的应用价值

Value of comprehensive care in inducing labor with mifepristone combined with Rivanol for women in the second trimester

目的:探讨综合护理在为妊娠中期的产妇使用米非司酮联合利凡诺进行引产中的应用价值。方法:将在六安市妇幼保健院进行引产的80例妊娠中期的产妇随机平均分为参照组和观察组。为两组产妇均使用米非司酮联合利凡诺进行引产。同时,对参照组产妇实施基础护理,对观察组产妇实施综合护理。然后,比较两组产妇接受引产的总有效率、宫颈成熟度评分、用药至宫缩开始的时间、胚胎娩出的时间、总产程的时间、感染的发生率、消化道反应的发生率、重度疼痛的发生率、宫颈撕裂的发生率及眩晕的发生率。结果:观察组产妇与参照组产妇接受引产的总有效率相比,P>0.05。用药前后,两组产妇的宫颈成熟度评分相比,P>0.05。用药后,两组产妇宫缩开始的时间相比,P>0.05。观察组产妇胚胎娩出的时间及总产程的时间均短于观察组产妇,P<0.05。进行引产后,观察组产妇感染的发生率及重度疼痛的发生率均低于参照组产妇,P<0.05。进行引产后,两组产妇宫颈撕裂的发生率、消化道反应的发生率及眩晕的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:综合护理在为妊娠中期的产妇使用米非司酮联合利凡诺进行引产中的应用价值显著,可缩短其产程,降低其引产相关并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing care in inducing labor with mifepristone combined with Rivanol for pregnant women in the second trimester.Methods:80 cases of pregnant women in the second trimester were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group.Mifepristone and Rivanol were used to induce labor in both groups.At the same time,basic nursing care was given to the reference group and comprehensive nursing care was given to the observation group.Then,the total effective rate of induction,cervical maturity score,time from medication to the start of contractions,time of delivery of embryos,time of total labor,incidence of infection,incidence of digestive tract reaction,incidence of severe pain,incidence of cervical tear,and incidence of vertigo were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of induced labor in the observation group was P>0.05 compared with that in the control group.Before and after the treatment,the cervical maturity score of the two groups was compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the time of onset of contractions between the two groups was P>0.05.The time of embryo delivery and total labor process in the observation group were shorter than those in the observation group(P<0.05).After induction of labor,the incidence of infection and severe pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After induction of labor,the incidence of cervical tear,digestive tract reaction and vertigo were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application value of comprehensive nursing care in inducing labor with mifepristone combined with Rivanol for pregnant women in the second trimester is significant,which can shorten the labor process and reduce the incidence of complications related to inducing labor.
