地佐辛联合用药在临床镇痛领域中的应用进展

Advances of dezocine combined with other medications in clinical analgesia

地佐辛是新型阿片类镇痛药,具有成瘾性低、不良反应小的特点。近年来在预先镇痛、术后镇痛、癌痛治疗、辅助麻醉等方面得到广泛应用。但地佐辛的镇痛作用具有封顶效应,因此常联用其他药物以达到理想镇痛效果。本文对地佐辛联合其他药物用于镇痛领域的相关研究进行综述,为临床合理用药提供依据。

Dezocine is a new type of opioid analgesic with low addiction and less adverse reactions.In recent years,it has been widely used in preemptive analgesia,postoperative analgesia,cancer pain treatment and supplemental anesthesia.However,dezocine has a ceiling effect for analgesia,and often needs combination with other medications to achieve the ideal analgesic effects.This article reviews the progresses of dezocine in combination with other medications in analgesia,and provides a basis for clinical rational application of medication.
