新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下一线医护人员身心状况的调查研究

目的了解新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情下一线医护人员的身心状况。方法采用压力感知量表(CPSS-10)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)对141名参加抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的一线医护人员进行身心状况调查。结果疫情下一线医护人员的压力(15.51±5.14)、焦虑(5.62±3.81)和抑郁(5.04±3.84)水平均较高,睡眠质量(6.77±3.63)较差;且呈现显著的性别差异,相比男性医护人员,女性医护人员的压力(t=-3.30,P<0.05)、焦虑(t=-2.36,P<0.05)、抑郁(t=-2.71,P<0.05)情绪水平更高,睡眠质量更差(t=-2.33,P<0.05);疫情带来的压力可正向显著预测医护人员的焦虑(β=0.66,P<0.001)、抑郁(β=0.73,P<0.001)和睡眠质量(β=0.48,P<0.001)。结论医院应加强对一线医护人员,尤其是对女性医护人员的心理疏导和人文关怀,从认知层面帮助他们树立对压力源事件的正确认识,辅以切实可行的压力应对方式改善他们的情绪状态和睡眠质量,确保疫情下一线医护人员的身心健康。

Objective To investigate the physical and psychological status of front-line medical staff fighting against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Shenzhen,Guangdong.Methods 141 front-line medical staff were investigated by the stress perception scale(CPSS-10),the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and the hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD).Results The stress level,anxiety and depression status were relatively higher,namely 15.51±5.14、5.62±3.81 and 5.04±3.84.The sleep quality was relatively poorer as the average score was 6.77±3.6.Gender difference significantly existed as female medical staff had higher scores than male medical staff in the level of perceived stress(t=-3.30,P<0.05),anxiety(t=-2.36,P<0.05)and depression(t=-2.71,P<0.05).Female medical staff also hada poorer sleep quality than male medical staff(t=-2.33,P<0.05).Furthermore,the medical staff’perceived stress could significantly predict their feelings of anxiety(β=0.66,P<0.001),depression(β=0.73,P<0.001),and sleep quality(β=0.48,P<0.001).Conclusion The hospital should provide psychological support for their medical staff,especially female medical staff.Psychological services providers should help medical staff positively appraise their stressful environment at cognitive level.Also,the previously useful coping resources and styles should be identified to help medical staff improve their physical and psychological status.
