摘要
目的探讨标准化沟通方案对急诊脑卒中患者入院交接工作的应用价值.方法选取深圳市龙华区人民医院急诊科2018年6月—2019年6月收治的脑卒中患者95例,随机分为对照组46、观察组49例.对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者通过标准化沟通方案进行入院交接工作.观察两组急诊处置效能、交接工作发生问题情况、护理满意度.结果观察组就诊到CT检查时间、CT报告时间、血常规检查时间、血常规报告时间、与病房交接时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组交接工作发生问题率(2.04)%显著低于对照组(17.39%)(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度(73.91%)显著低于观察组(93.88%)(P<0.05).结论对急诊脑卒中患者采取标准化沟通方案进行入院交接工作,能有效提高急诊效率,降低护理不良反应事件发生率,让患者及其家属满意.
Objective To investigate application value of SBAR(situation,background,assessment,recommendation)communication mode in stroke patient transfer between emergency department and inpatient department.Methods 95 stroke patients in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled,and randomly divided into two groups.Control group(n=46)received the routine nursing,while the observation group(n=49)received the SBAR communication mode.Then the treatment efficiency,transfer process and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The time interval from visit to CT examination,CT report time,blood routine examination time,blood routine report time and transfer time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of transfer problems in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.04%vs 17.39%,P<O.05);the nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group(73.91%vs 93.88%,P<0.05).Conclusion SBAR communication mode for stroke patient transfer between emergency department and inpatient department can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the adverse reactions,with high nursing satisfaction.
