受体相互作用蛋白激酶3在肺腺癌组织中的表达及意义

EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF RECEPTOR-INTERACTING PROTEIN KINASE 3 IN LUNG ADENOCARCINOMA

目的探讨受体相互作用蛋白激酶3(RIPK3)在肺腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法选取2012年3月—2016年3月我院收治的125例肺腺癌患者作为研究对象。通过RT-qPCR法检测RIPK3 mRNA相对表达量,分析其与肺腺癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果肺腺癌组织RIPK3 mRNA相对表达量(0.86±0.19)低于癌旁组织(1.24±0.27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RIPK3mRNA相对表达量与肺腺癌患者TNM分期、分化程度、肿瘤直径有关(P<0.05)。死亡组患者RIPK3mRNA相对表达量(0.74±0.18)低于生存组(0.94±0.29),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RIPK3 mRNA评估肺腺癌患者预后的AUC、灵敏度、特异度分别为0.837、75.51%、78.95%。RIPK3 mRNA≤0.76肺腺癌患者中位生存时间25(95%CI:20~27)个月低于RIPK3mRNA>0.76患者的30(95%CI:26~35)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cox单因素及多因素回归分析显示TNM分期、分化程度、肿瘤直径、化疗及RIPK3mRNA与肺腺癌患者预后关系密切。结论肺腺癌患者组织中RIPK3mRNA相对表达量与TNM分期、分化程度、肿瘤直径存在联系,检测RIPK3mRNA相对表达量有助于评估患者预后。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of receptor-interacting protein kinase 3(RIPK3)in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with lung adenocarcinoma in Dalian Friendship Hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were selected as study subjects.The relative expression of RIPK3 mRNA was detected by RT-qPCR,and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The relative expression of RIPK3 mRNA in lung adenocarcinoma tissues(0.86±0.19)was lower than that in adjacent tissues(1.24±0.27),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression of RIPK3 mRNA was related to TNM stage,differentiation degree,tumor diameter in patients with lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The relative expression of RIPK3 mRNA in dead group(0.74±0.18)was lower than that in survival group(0.94±0.29),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The median survival time of lung adenocarcinoma patients with RIPK3 mRNA≤0.76 was 25(95%CI:20-27)months lower than that of patients with RIPK3 gene>0.76(95%CI:26-35)months,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that TNM stage,differentiation degree,tumor diameter,chemotherapy and RIPK3 mRNA expression were closely related to the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Conclusion The relative expression of RIPK3 mRNA in lung adenocarcinoma is associated with TNM stage,differentiation degree,tumor diameter.Detecting the relative expression of RIPK3 mRNA is helpful to evaluate the prognosis of patients.
