大学教材建设的问题与政策建议

高质量的教材是大学教学计划实施与人才培养的基本保证,更是提升大学内涵式发展与"双一流"建设的关键。教材的生产、流通、评价是大学教材建设的重要环节。大学教材生产中教材整体规划不足并缺乏"中国特色"、审查形同虚设;大学教材流通中出版机构对面向技术时代课堂中教材使用的新现象缺乏深度研究且反应滞后;大学教材评价中教材修订、更新不足,缺乏教材评价的反馈机制。基于此,大学教材建设应做好教材开发的整体规划;倡导根植中国大地、聚焦人才培养目标编写教材,并进行高质量著作的教材化认同改革;细化教材审查标准,把好政治关、质量关;完善出版机构的职能,实现教材内容与形式的全面升级;制定不同类型的教材评价指标体系,及时剔除或增添教材,建立教材动态更新数据库;搭建教材的反馈机制,及时修订、完善教材体系。

High-quality textbooks are the basic guarantee for the implementation of university teaching plans and the cultivation of talents, and the key to enhancing the connotative development of universities and the construction of "double first-class".The production,circulation,and evaluation of teaching materials are important links in the construction of university teaching materials.The overall planning of teaching materials in the production of university textbooks is insufficient and lacks "Chinese characteristics", and the examination of Chinese characteristics is not effective;Publishing institutions in the circulation of university textbooks lack in-depth researchon the new phenomenon of using textbooks in classrooms in the technology era and their response lags behind;In the evaluation of university textbooks, the revision and update of textbooks are insufficient, and the feedback mechanism for textbook evaluations is lacking;Based on this,the construction of university textbooks should do a good job in the overall planning of textbook development, advocate for the rooting of China’s land and focus on the cultivation of talents to write textbooks, and carry out the textbook identification reform of high quality works. Refine the review standards of textbooks, and control the politics and quality;Improve the functions of publishing organizations and realize the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of textbook content and forms;Develop different types of textbook evaluation index systems, remove or add textbooks in time, and establish a dynamic database of textbook updates;Build a feedback mechanism for textbooks,timely revise and improve the construction of textbooks.
