高校教材治理的价值诉求、现实困境与实践对策 被引量:10

摘要 高校教材治理是指国家、地方政府和高校等利益相关者以提高教材质量为共同目标,通过一定的制度安排和技术手段进行合作互动的过程。与教材管理不同,教材治理主张治理主体的多元参与、治理手段的上下互动以及治理目的的共治善治。当前,高校教材治理面临一系列现实困境,表现为治理主体结构性缺位、治理技术系统性不足和教材质量控制体系不健全。基于提升教材质量的考虑,高校教材治理需要完善治理结构体系、健全质量控制制度、创新管理机制。 The teaching material governance of university is the cooperation and interaction process that stakeholders such as state, local and university through certain institutional arrangements and technical means with the common goal of improving teaching materials.Unlike the management of teaching materials, it advocates the multi-participation of the main body of governance, the interaction of the means of governance and the common and good governance of the purpose of governance. At present, it is facing a series of realistic dilemmas, which are characterized by structural deficiencies of the main body of governance, inadequate system of governance technology and inadequate quality control system of teaching materials. Based on the consideration of improving the quality of teaching materials, it needs to improve the system of structure and quality control and innovate the management mechanism.
