高校教材治理的价值诉求、现实困境与实践对策

高校教材治理是指国家、地方政府和高校等利益相关者以提高教材质量为共同目标,通过一定的制度安排和技术手段进行合作互动的过程。与教材管理不同,教材治理主张治理主体的多元参与、治理手段的上下互动以及治理目的的共治善治。当前,高校教材治理面临一系列现实困境,表现为治理主体结构性缺位、治理技术系统性不足和教材质量控制体系不健全。基于提升教材质量的考虑,高校教材治理需要完善治理结构体系、健全质量控制制度、创新管理机制。
