摘要 我国高校教材建设经历了实践与探索、发展与创新的不同阶段,建立了教材的三级管理体系;形成了教材编审、选用、出版和发行的工作机制;构建了以质量为核心的教材评价制度。新时代开创高校教材建设的新局面,要加强党的全面领导,充分体现党和国家对教育的基本要求;以学生发展为基点提升教材质量,突出教材建设的育人特征;明确教材管理主体职责,严格落实教材管理办法;落实教材建设工作机制,完善中国特色教材治理体系;明确高校教材评价标准,构建教材建设质量保障体系;完善教材编写激励机制,打造高素质专业化教材建设队伍;强化高校教材建设研究,推进教材建设科学化发展。 The construction of building materials in universities in China has gone through different stages of practice and exploration, development and innovation.And by which, the three-level management system of teaching materials has been established, the working mechanism of editing, selecting, publishing and distributing teaching materials has been formed, and the evaluation system of teaching materials with quality as its core has been established. In order to create a new situation of teaching material construction in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the overall leadership of the party and fully reflect the basic requirements of the party and the state for education;to improve the quality of teaching materials based on the development of students and highlight the educational characteristics of teaching material construction;to clarify the responsibilities of management subjects and strictly implement the management methods of teaching materials;to implement the working mechanism of textbook construction and improve the system of textbook governance with Chinese characteristics;to make the evaluation standard of university textbook clear and construct the quality assurance system of textbook construction;to improve the incentive mechanism of teaching material compilation and build a high-quality professional teaching material construction team;to reinforce the research on textbook construction for promoting the scientific development of textbook construction.
