新时代高校教材评价体系建构的时代意蕴与逻辑进路 被引量:7

摘要 在加快推进高校"双一流"建设、实现高等教育内涵式发展的新时代,教材建设成为高等教育创新发展的重要任务。因此,高校教材质量评价体系建构迫在眉睫。高校教材评价体系建构,是确证教材内容科学适切的核心手段,是促进教材品质稳步提升的重要依据,是监控教材落实教育目标的关键依托,然而,囿于多重因素的交互影响,高校教材评价体系的建构仍然存在教材评价思维的实体化取向、教材评价方法的数量化沉迷、教材评价标准的权威性缺失等诸多顽疾亟待诊治。有鉴于此,高校教材评价体系的有效建构,必须推动评价思维的实践转向、评价方法的与时俱进与评价标准的权威制定。 In the new era of accelerating the construction of "double first class" in colleges and universities, and realizing the connotative development of higher education,the construction of teaching materials becomes an important task for the innovation and development of Higher Education. Therefore, it is urgent to construct the quality evaluation system of college teaching materials.The construction of teaching material evaluation system in colleges and universities, is the core means to confirm the scientific suitability of teaching material content, the important basis to promote the steady improvement of teaching material quality, and the key support to monitor the implementation of educational objectives.However, due to the interaction of multiple factors, there are still many problems to be solved in the construction of the evaluation system of college teaching materials, such as the entity orientation of teaching material evaluation thinking, the quantitative addiction of teaching material evaluation methods, and the lack of authority of teaching material evaluation standards.In view of this, the effective construction of the evaluation system of college teaching materials must promote the practical turn of evaluation thinking, the advancement of evaluation methods and the establishment of evaluation standards.
