摘要
从路径依赖理论的分析视角看,当下我国高校内涵发展在总体上创新动能不足,存在"迟滞"问题。受初始行为选择、制度政策延续和既得利益羁绊等因素影响,我国"双一流"建设背景下的高校内涵发展存在人才培养淡化、"制度惰性"与"迎合效应"双重锁定以及科研评价异化等方面的现实隐忧。为此,必须从强化育人成效、激发内生动力和回归评价本真等途径寻求应对之策。
From the perspective of path dependence theory, the current connotative development in colleges and universities in China is lack of innovation momentum in general, and a "sluggish" problem existed. Influenced by the initial behavior choice, institutional policy continuity and fetters of vested interests, there are some problems in the connotation development of colleges and universities under the background of "double first-class" construction in China, such as the dilution of personnel training, the double lock-in of "system inertia" and "catering effect" and the alienation of scientific research evaluation.To this end, we must find ways to cope with ways such as strengthening the effectiveness of educating people, stimulating endogenous motivation, and returning to the true value of evaluation.
