师范专业认证背景下高师院校学生评教制度优化研究 被引量:8

摘要 在我国全面实施师范专业认证制度背景下,学生评教作为高师院校内部教学质量监控体系的重要一环,理应在改进和提升师范专业教育教学质量上发挥更重要的价值,但从当前学生评教实践来看,仍存在评教体系难以适切课程差异、评教内容脱离学生学习实际、评教组织实施片面追求效率、评教结果沦为教师奖惩工具等问题。为此,在师范专业认证的指导思想和理念下,需合理定位学生评教的教师管理价值功用,并树立"目标导向,以学为本"的学生评教理念。在此基础上,通过设计构建"目标导向,以学为本"的评教指标体系、多方面优化学生评教的组织实施过程、建立及时有效的评教结果反馈机制、尝试在学生评教中引入第三方评估等策略,优化完善高师院校学生评教制度。 Under the background of the full implementation of the teacher professional accreditation system in China, student evaluation of teaching, as an important part of the internal teaching quality monitoring system in normal universities, should play a more important role in improving and enhancing the teaching quality of teacher professional education. However,judging from the current practice of student evaluation of teaching, there are still some problems in the evaluation system that are the evaluation system adapts difficultly to the curriculum differences, the content of the evaluation deviates from the actual learning of students, the evaluation organization implements one-sided pursuit of efficiency, and the results of evaluation become the teacher’s reward and punishment tools. Therefore, under the guiding ideology and concept of teacher certification, it is necessary to reasonably position the value function of teacher management of student evaluation of teaching, and establish the concept of "goal-oriented","learning-oriented" student evaluation of teaching. On this basis, by designing and construction of a "goal-oriented, learning-oriented" teaching evaluation index system, we can through some strategies such as optimizing the organizational and implementation of student evaluation in various aspects, establishing a timely and effective feedback mechanism of evaluation results, and trying to introduce third-party evaluation into the student evaluation of teaching, to optimize and improve the student evaluation system in normal universities.
