高等教育国际化评价指标体系研判——基于9个评价指标体系的比较

高等教育国际化评价指标体系对于评价结果的准确性至关重要。通过对国内外较为典型的9个高等教育国际化评价指标体系进行比较分析,从评价目的、开发评价工具的方法、评价的主要内容、数据收集方法等方面进行了剖析,发现这些评价指标体系的构建都是以评价目的为出发点和落脚点的。虽然这些国际化评价指标体系侧重不同,但其核心的评价维度趋于一致。自我评价、同行评议、定量分析等是目前高等教育国际化评价的主流方法。

The international evaluation index system of higher education is very important for the accuracy of evaluation results. Based on the comparative analysis of nine typical international evaluation index systems of higher education at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the evaluation purpose, methods of developing evaluation tools, main contents of evaluation, data collection methods, etc., and finds that the construction of these evaluation index systems is based on the evaluation purpose. Although these international evaluation index systems focus on different aspects, the core evaluation dimensions tend to be the same. Self-evaluation, peer review and quantitative analysis are the mainstream methods of higher education internationalization evaluation.
