区域协同发展背景下校企合作办学对策的国际借鉴研究

School-Enterprise Cooperation Countermeasures in Running Schools Under Background of Regional Coordinated Development ——from International Experiences

区域协同发展是我国新时代推动经济和社会发展的重要方略。区域协同发展自然要求域内高等教育协同发展。同时,区域协同发展必然给作为高等教育人才培养模式的校企合作办学带来外部场域的变化,如区域内政府间的政策协同、规划协同和产业协同等。针对区域协同发展给校企合作办学要素带来的直接和间接影响,要充分借鉴国际典型校企合作办学模式,研究和确立因应区域协同发展新形势的校企合作办学新对策:首先,加大域内政府统筹力度,科学做好顶层设计;其次,加强域内行业协作,充分发挥行业组织的专业服务作用;最后,深化校企合作办学改革,建立校企合作办学长效共赢机制。

Regional coordinated development is an important strategy to promoteeconomic and social development in China in the new era. It naturally requires the coordinated development of higher educationin the region. At the same time, school-enterprise cooperation is a mode of highereducation talent training, and regional coordinated development inevitably brings about the changes of the external fieldsto school-enterprise cooperation, such as policy coordination, planning coordination and industrialcoordination among governments in the region. Aiming at the direct and indirectimpact of regional coordinated development on the elements of school-enterprisecooperation, it is necessary to fully draw lessons from the typical international model ofschool-enterprise cooperation, and study and establish new strategies for it in response to the new situation of regionalcoordinated development. First of all, it is vital to strengthen the coordination ofthe local governments and do a top-level design scientifically. After that, strengthen industry cooperation within the domain and give fullplay to the professional service role of industry organizations. Finally, deepen the reform of school-enterprise cooperation in running schools andestablish a long-term win-win mechanism for it.
