摘要
高校全面提高人才培养能力,关键在教师。伴随着大学职能的演化,如今大学教师所承担的工作任务日益繁重复杂,其内在的角色冲突也随之加剧。对X大学教师问卷调查表明,教师角色冲突在总体上处于较高水平,但在不同维度角色冲突水平存在差异性。依据社会学制度主义理论解释,制度体系中的规范性基础要素对大学教师角色冲突具有深刻的影响。为了消弭"师者"的角色困顿,高校应进一步深化教师聘任制度改革,优化教师岗位设置,创新考核评价机制,促进教师差异化发展。
The key for colleges and universities to improve the ability of talents training lies in teachers. With the evolution of university’s functions, the tasks undertaken by faculty are becoming more and more complicated, and their intra-role conflicts are aggravated. The survey shows that the faculty’s role conflict in X University are generally at a high level, but there are differences in the level of role conflict in each dimension. According to the theory of sociological institutionalism, the normative basic elements in the system have a profound influence on the faculty’s role conflicts. In order to eliminate dilemma of the role of "teacher", colleges and universities should further deepen the reform of faculty appointment system, optimize the setting of faculty posts, innovate the assessment and evaluation mechanism, and promote the development of faculty’s differentiation.
