摘要 工程教育中的内创业教育重点培养工科学生专业技能和创新创业的意识和能力,引导工科毕业生先就业,并在组织岗位上凭借扎实的工程专业技能和创新能力、创新思维,推动组织的工程技术、产品、流程创新。在工程教育中开展内创业教育能够覆盖全体工程学生、融合创业教育和专业教育、回归创业教育的创业本质、提升工程人才培养质量,能够满足新经济背景下的创业型工程人才培养要求。文章最后提出在工程教育中开展内创业教育的关键问题。 The intrapreneurship education in engineering education focuses on cultivating engineering students’ professional skills and awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, guiding engineering graduates to get employed first, and promoting organizational engineering technology, products, process innovation. Carrying out intrapreneurship education in engineering education can cover all engineering students, integrate entrepreneurial education and professional education, return to the entrepreneurial nature of entrepreneurship education, improve the quality of engineering talent training, and meet the requirements for the cultivation of entrepreneurial engineering talents in the context of the new economy. Finally, the article raises the key issues of developing intrapreneurship education in engineering education.
