大学生思想政治教育获得感是大学生基于接受思想政治教育在思想、政治、道德、文化和价值观等方面的精神收获而产生的主观积极感受,其生成机理是大学生自身的精神发展需求与思想政治教育内容契合内化继而外显为坚定的政治追求、良好的精神风貌和积极的行为实践。大学生思想政治教育获得感的生成机理及其实现是一个多要素有机构成的有机动态过程,需要主客观、内外部相互作用、深度融合才能得以运行。思想政治教育者的理论素养提升、对大学生精神需求的分析研判、教育内容体系的科学构造、现代信息技术与思想政治教育传统优势的融合创新以及社会环境的整体优化等都是不可或缺的实现条件。

The sense of gain from the ideological and political education for college students is the subjective positive feelings generated by college students based on spiritual gains in the ideological, political, moral, cultural values produced by the acceptance of ideological and political education. Its generative mechanism is the spiritual development needs of the college students themselves internalizes the content of ideological and political education and then displays a strong political pursuit, good practice spirit and positive behavior. The generation mechanism and realization of college students’ sense of acquisition in ideological and political education is an organic system composed of multiple elements, which needs subjective and objective, internal and external interaction and deep integration to be able to operate. It is indispensable for ideological and political educators to improve their theoretical literacy, analyze and judge the spiritual needs of college students, construct the scientific educational content system, innovate and integrate the modern information technology and traditional advantages of ideological and political education, and optimize the overall social environment.
