层层喷雾法制备表面配位金属-有机框架薄膜及其应用

摘要 作为新型晶体材料,金属-有机框架(MOFs)因具有比表面积大、孔隙率高、结构多样等特点而受到人们的广泛关注.将其组装成MOFs薄膜可以极大地拓展其在光电池、催化、二氧化碳还原、储存和分离等领域的应用.本文介绍了液相外延喷雾法层层组装MOFs薄膜的方法,并阐述了该方法制备的MOFs薄膜在选择性吸附与分离、催化、识别及光电器件方面的应用.最后,对相关领域的研究进行了展望. As a new type of crystal materials,metal-organic frameworks(MOF)have attracted extensive attention because of their large specific surface area,high porosity and diverse morphology.In this review,the liquid phase epitaxial layer-by-layer spray method for the assembly of MOF thin films is introduced.Such method has some advantages,such as saving time,requiring a small amount of reagent and resulting in uniform film with controllable thickness and growth orientation.Afterwards,their applications in selective adsorption,catalysis,recognition and optoelectronic devices are described respectively.The future development of this new preparation approach of inorganic organic hybrid thin film materials is prospected.
