摘要
某舰船海水系统用膜片式电磁阀,其流通能力对系统的稳定运行有着一定的影响,针对此要求,建立电磁阀仿真模型进行了数值模拟,探讨其全开状态下流量系数和流阻系数,并搭建试验台进行了试验验证,结果表明:电磁阀流量系数试验测试值和数值模拟值均满足系统设计要求,二者在分析过程中具有相同的变化趋势,都是随测量段压差增大,流量也相应增大;电磁阀流量系数模拟值大于试验值,误差约为6.2%;流阻系数模拟值小于试验值,误差约为13.8%,二者误差相对较小,在系统允许范围之内,试验验证了数值模拟方法的适用性和正确性,具有一定的参考价值。
The diaphragm type solenoid valve used in a ship's seawater system has a certain influence on the stable operation of the system.Aiming at this requirement,the numerical simulation of the simulation model of the solenoid valve was carried out,and the flow coefficient and flow resistance coefficient under the fully open state were discussed,besides the test bench was built to verify the test.The results show that:the test value and numerical simulation value of the solenoid valve flow coefficient both meet the system design requirements,and the two have the same trend in the analysis process,as the differential pressure of the measuring section increases,the flow rate increases accordingly.The simulation value of the flow coefficient of the solenoid valve is greater than the test value,and the error is about 6.2%;the simulation value of the flow resistance coefficient is smaller than the test value,and the error is about 13.8%,and both the error between the two is relatively small,within the allowable range of the system,the test verifies the applicability and correctness of the numerical simulation method and has certain reference value.
