摘要
三轴转台用于惯导设备的测试,工作精度是其关键性能指标之一,为提高三轴转台标定的工作精度要求,分析了三轴转台各项误差项对其精度的影响程度。基于多体系统理论以及坐标系变换理论,结合三轴转台的运动特点以及拓扑结构图,建立了三轴转台误差传递的数学模型。在此基础上,利用函数全微分理论提出了三轴转台误差灵敏度的分析方法,建立了三轴转台误差灵敏度分析模型,通过软件计算分析,得到了影响三轴转台精度的关键性误差源,为三轴转台的误差设计以及误差分配奠定了理论基础。
Three-axis turntable can be used to test inertial measurement equipment and working precision is one of the key performance indicators.In order to improve working precision of three-axis turntable, influence degree of error source on precision of three-axis turntable is analysed. Based on multi-system theory and coordinate system transformation theory, mathematical model of error propagation is set up combining movement characteristics and topological structure of three-axis turntable. On this foundation, error sensitivity analysis model of three-axis turntable is set up on the base of complete differential-coefficient theory. Error source can be obtained which has a larger influence to precision of three-axis turntable through calculation and analysis with software. This aims at establishing the theoretical foundation for the error designing and distribution.
