摘要 通过分析退役曲轴失效模式、报废模式、回收决策之间的关联性,构建了曲轴再制造层次递阶评价模型。为了综合主观因素和客观因素,利用专家打分法确定失效层指标评价值;利用检测法确定报废层指标评价值.回收决策层表示曲轴可再制造分析的结果,为评价集合,根据工程经验划分评价等级的区间;构建综合关联函数,根据评估值所处评价区间判断曲轴回收决策方式。最后,通过对柴油机曲轴的可再制造性分析,证明了该方法的可行性。 By analyzing the correlation among failure mode,scrap mode and recovery decision of retired crankshaft,the hierarchical evaluation model of remanufacturing crankshaft is established.In order to integrate subjective and objective factors,the evaluation value of failure layer index is determined by expert scoring method,and the evaluation value of scrap layer index is determined by detection method.The recycling decision-making level represents the results of remanufacturable analysis of crankshaft.It is the evaluation set,and the evaluation grade interval is divided according to the engineering experience;the comprehensive correlation function is constructed,and the recycling decision-making mode of crankshaft is judged according to the evaluation interval of the evaluation value.Finally,the feasibility of this method is proved by the remanufacturability analysis of diesel engine crankshaft.
