摘要
为了明确外源脱落酸(ABA)对油用牡丹‘凤丹’生理特性的影响,筛选调控‘凤丹’抗逆性的最适ABA浓度,以期为‘凤丹’丰产栽培技术研究提供理论依据。以‘凤丹’为实验材料,采用整株喷施法,以不同浓度外源脱落酸溶液处理‘凤丹’植株,测定ABA处理后不同时期‘凤丹’叶片生理特性的变化规律。随着叶片的衰老,‘凤丹’叶片P_n、G_s、C_i、T_r呈下降趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、可溶性糖(SS)、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量呈升高趋势。外源脱落酸处理显著增加叶片渗透调节物质的含量及抗氧化酶的活性,并降低了膜质过氧化产物的含量(p<0.05),并对P_n、G_s、C_i和T_r有一定调节作用。得到的结果是喷施100 mg/L的外源ABA显著提高油用牡丹‘凤丹’的抗氧化酶活性,降低了膜质过氧化程度,提高了‘凤丹’叶片保水能力。
To determine the effect of exogenous abscisic acid(ABA)on the physiological characteristics of oil peony Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’,and to screen and optimize the optimal ABA concentration of Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’stress resistance,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research of high-yield cultivation techniques of Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’.Using Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’as experimental material,whole body spraying method was adopted to treat Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’plants with different concentrations of abscisic acid solution,and the changes of physiological characteristics of oily peony Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’at different periods were determined.With the aging of Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’leaves,the P_n,G_s,C_i,T_r and chlorophyll content of Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’leaf showed a downward trend,while the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),soluble protein(SP),soluble sugar(SS),proline(Pro)and malondialdehyde(MDA)increased.Compared with the control,exogenous ABA treatment significantly increased the content of osmotic regulating substances and the activity of antioxidant enzymes,and reduced the membrane quality.Oxidation product content(p<0.05)also has a certain regulation effect on P_n,G_s,C_i,and T_r.Under the experimental conditions,the spraying of 100 mg/L ABA significantly increased the antioxidant enzyme activity of Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’,reduced the degree of membrane peroxidation,and enhanced the water retention capacity of Paeonia ostii‘Fengdan’leaves.
