特朗普政府与里根政府国内经济政策比较研究

A Comparative Study of Domestic Economic Policies of the Trump Administration and the Reagan Administration

自2017年在经济社会矛盾丛生、民众争议不断的情势中开始执政的特朗普政府,提出“让美国再次伟大”的口号,并通过削减税收、产业促进等一系列国内经济政策,力图刺激美国本土就业与经济发展。本文通过与20世纪80年代里根政府国内经济政策在背景、内容与影响等方面的对比分析,阐释了特朗普政府与里根政府在经济实践方面的异同点。本文认为特朗普政府在国内经济主张方面具有较浓厚的新自由主义色彩,其国内经济政策组合能够形成短期刺激作用,在阶级取向方面均注重对于富人阶层的“松绑”,但并无法“复制”里根时代的高速发展,更不是新自由主义的“再次实践”。

After 2017,the Trump administration,under the slogan of“make America great again”,adopted a series of tax abatement and industrial policies to stimulate the growth of economic development and employment.This paper compares the background,contents and influences of domestic economic policies between the Trump administration and the Reagan administration in the 1980s.This paper argues that the economic policies of the Trump administration seem have reflected neoliberalism to some extent,and may stimulate the growth of economy and give rich classes more freedoms in short terms.However,these policies by no means lead to a rapid economic development as achieved in the Reagan administration in the 1980s,nor are the practices of neoliberalism.
