摘要
如何实现高等教育内涵式发展,已成为当前高等教育研究最热和高校管理者最关注的话题。本文拟从国内四个主要大学排行榜“排名指标体系”为切入点,对其进行分析研究,归纳出“排名指标体系”共同关注的重点指标,在此基础上,从人才培养、科学研究、师资队伍、国际化、大学声誉建设等方面对高校内涵式发展的实现路径提出建议。
To bring out the full potential for development of higher education has become the biggest topic for higher education research and management.This paper analyses four major domestic university rankings index systems,and summarizes the key indexes considered by the four systems.On this basis,this paper proposes to bring out the full potential for development of higher education from the perspectives of talent cultivation,scientific research,teaching staff,internationalization and reputation construction.
