Application of an interdisciplinary technology innovation platform in cultivating the innovation ability of master of nursing students

该文分析了国内高校护理硕士研究生培养面临的问题,说明了护理硕士研究生创新能力培养的重要性,阐述了学科交叉技术创新平台的构成及功能、基于平台开展护理硕士研究生创新能力的培养以及创新成果,以期促进与各大院校的相互交流和借鉴,共同提高护理硕士研究生的创新水平。

This research analyzed the problems existing in nursing master’s degree training,explained the importance of in cultivating the innovation ability of nursing master graduate students,and elaborated the composition and function of an interdisciplinary technological innovation platform as well as cultivation of innovation ability and innovation achievements of graduate nursing students based on this platform.These results are expected to promote mutual exchanges and references with major universities,and help them progress together,thereby improve the innovation level of nursing masters.
