摘要
让12名白内障科护士轮流体验白内障患者从入院至出院的过程,然后汇报体验感受,对体验中发现的问题进行分析,提出并落实优化白内障日间病房管理的对策。优化对策和措施主要包括:调整就诊流程、完善宣教内容和形式、加强人文关怀。比较优化前、后100例就诊患者的候诊时间和满意度,结果显示优化管理可以减少患者候诊时间和检查时间,提升患者满意度。
Twelve nurses took turns to experience the process from admission to discharge by acting as the cataract patients.After the experience,they reported their feelings as a cataract patient.Problems were analyzed and measures were proposed.The proposed measures included optimizing the treatment process and health education contents,and strengthening the humanistic care.The waiting time and satisfaction level of 100 patients were compared before and after the optimizing measures.The optimal management can reduce the waiting time of patients and improve their satisfaction level.
