摘要
深低温停循环是复杂心胸外科和脑外科的重要辅助手段,但易出现术中和再灌注脑损伤。传统脑电监测方法无法提供血流信息,超声多普勒方法也仅能提供局部脑血流信息。该研究探索激光散斑成像技术在深低温停循环脑血流的动态监测。通过动物实验和数据分析,验证了该技术在深低温停循环脑血流监测上的可行性。
Deep hypothermic circulatory arrest has been applied in complex cardiothoracic surgeries.There are no observable signals in traditional Electroencephalograph or transcranial Doppler ultrasonography monitoring which makes the intraoperative monitoring very difficult.In this study,laser speckle imaging is applied to monitor the cerebral blood flow during deep hypothermic circulatory arrest dynamically.Based on the animal experiment,this paper demonstrats the application potentials of laser speckle imaging in the intraoperative monitoring of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest surgeries.
