摘要
相比传统陀螺仪,石英微机械陀螺作为一种微机械惯性传感器,具有尺寸小、可靠性高、寿命长且能工作在恶劣环境下的优点,因而在军事和民用领域的应用前景十分广泛。基于石英微机械陀螺ASIC电路提供了一种信号数字处理方案。通过Modelsim对石英微机械陀螺数字处理进行仿真并结合Matlab对数据进行分析。结果表明,这种信号数字处理方案能够达到石英微机械陀螺信号数字处理的要求。
Compared with traditional gyroscopes,Quartz micromechanical gyroscope as a kind of micro inertia sensors has advantages of small dimension,higher reliability,long life-span and can work in execrable conditions,so it has wide prospect in civil and military domain.This paper provides a signal digital processing scheme which is based on a quartz micromechanical gyroscope ASIC circuit.The circuit is simulated by Modelsim and the data output form the Modelsim are analysed by Matlab.The results show this kind of signal digital processing scheme can meet the signal digital processing requirements of the Quartz micromechanical gyroscope.
