两段式生物质气化技术部分氧化段的模拟研究

摘要 对两段式生物质气化技术中部分氧化段进行数值模拟。模拟不同当量比对生物质气化产气中焦油部分氧化的影响,选取甲苯、苯酚、萘作为焦油模型化合物,建立了反应区的数值模型。结果表明随着当量比提高,焦油转化率不断提高,而气化产气的热值却在降低。 Model of the second part of two-stage biomass gasification technology is built to study the change rule of tar partial oxidation reaction with equivalence ratio in biomass gasification gas.Mixture of toluene,phenol and naphthalene are selected as tar model compounds to build a numerical model of tube flow reaction zone.The result shows that the tar conversion increase with the increase of temperature and equivalence ratio,but the calorific value of gasification gas is decreasing.
