摘要
为了实现对于振动时效装置的控制并能使磁致伸缩材料的激振力和激振频率按照不同需求输出,设计了磁致伸缩振动器驱动电源,通过开关控制电路控制磁场变化从而控制振动频率,通过脉宽调制和PID控制激振力的大小。实验结果表明:设计的驱动电源可以完成0~400Hz的脉冲输出和0~50A的电流输出,输出功率大能够满足多种需求,输出电流的波动小,可以驱动磁致伸缩材料。
In order to control the vibration aging device and output the excitation force and frequency of magnetostrictive materials according to different demands,a magnetostrictive vibrator drive power supply is designed,which controls the magnetic field change through a switch control circuit to control the vibration frequency,and controls the excitation force through pulse width modulation and PID.The experimental results show that the designed driving power supply can complete the pulse output of 0~400Hz and the current output of 0~50A,the output power is large enough to meet a variety of requirements,and the output current fluctuation is small,which can drive the magnetostrictive material.
