精焦煤气活塞机PLC控制改造

摘要 安钢煤气加压站活塞机连锁控制系统有润滑油压、二级排气温度、入口压力、二级排气压力四个模拟量参数参与连锁控制,这四个模拟量的检测是由四块智能数显表来实现的。其中二级排气压力数显表具有三个开关量输出功能,分别控制一级卸荷(卸荷A)、二级卸荷(卸荷B)和停机三个动作,动作比较频繁,尤其排气压力在临界状态时,极易损坏数显表,造成活塞机停车,给生产供应造成巨大影响。所以改用PLC程序控制排气压力相关动作,优化活塞机的控制,保证精焦煤气的稳定供应。 The Piston Machine interlock control system of gas pressure station in Anyang Iron and Steel Co.has four parameters:Lubricating oil pressure,two-stage exhaust temperature,inlet pressure and two-stage exhaust pressure,the detection of these four analog quantities is realized by four intelligent digital display tables.The two-stage exhaust pressure digital display meter has three switch output functions to control the three actions of the first-stage unloading(unloading A),the secondstage unloading(unloading B)and the shutdown respectively.The actions are quite frequent,especially when the exhaust pressure is in the critical state,it is easy to damage the digital display meter,which causes the stoppage of the piston engine and has a great influence on the production and supply.Therefore,the PLC program is used to control the relative action of the exhaust pressure,optimize the control of the piston machine,and ensure the stable supply of the refined coke gas.
