国内外微塑料法规现状

Status of Regulations on Microplastics at Home and Abroad

为了抵抗微塑料污染,目前已有多个国家出台了正式法规来限制与禁止微塑料(微珠、塑料微珠)的使用。文章对微塑料做了详细介绍,总结了各国微塑料法规的现状,分析了我国微塑料法规存在的不足,并对微塑料法规未来的发展进行了展望。

The environmental pollution caused by microplastics has aroused extensive concern that pollution prevention and control is the order of the day.For resisting the microplastics pollution,many countries have issued formal regulations to restrict and prohibit the use of microplastics(or microbeads,plastic microbeads).The aim of this paper is to summarize the status of microplastics regulations in different countries and to promote further understanding of microplastics.
