基于区块链技术的多式联运信息平台构建

Construction of Information Platform for Multimodal Transport based on Blockchain

多式联运作为一种具有成本低、污染少、效率高等特征的运输模式,由于目前多式联运相关主体缺乏良好的信任关系等原因,导致尚未建立能够有效实现信息共享的多式联运信息平台,而区块链技术可以有效解决信息互联互通。在阐述区块链技术特征的基础上,探讨多式联运私有链信息共享机制设计,构建基于区块链技术的多式联运信息平台总体架构,对多式联运信息平台的功能进行分析,为加快促进多式联运信息平台建设提供研究支撑。

Multimodal transport has the advantages of low cost,less pollution,and high efficiency.However,due to lack of trust among the stakeholders involved in multimodal transport,the information platform of multimodal transport could effectively realize that information sharing has not been established.The blockchain technology provides a new way to solve this problem on information sharing and interconnection.Based on of technical characteristics of the blockchain,the design of the information sharing mechanism of multimodal transport private chain is discussed,the overall framework of multimodal transport information platform based on blockchain technology is constructed,and the functions of multimodal transport information platform are analyzed in this paper.The research could provide research support for accelerating the construction of a multimodal transport information platform.
