摘要
目的比较Hero642;ProFile和Mtwo三种机用镍钛锉预备及充填椭圆形根管的效果。方法选取2019年在本院诊治的12~22岁患者需要拔除的离体单根管前磨牙30颗,分别用机用镍钛Hero642、ProFile和Mtwo预备椭圆形根管后分为三组,用热牙胶进行充填,然后在距根尖2 mm、5 mm处横断,再用图像分析软件记录横断面牙胶充填面积,最后得出牙胶充填面积百分比(PGFA),以评价三种机用镍钛锉对椭圆形根管预备的效果。结果距根尖3 mm处,三种机用镍钛锉对椭圆形根管的预备无明显著性差异,三种充填法的PGFA也无明显著性差异(P>0.05)。而根尖5 mm处,三种机用镍钛锉对椭圆形根管的预备有差异,以Mtwo锉预备根管效果为佳。结论Mtwo锉能够较好预备椭圆形根管,较好地保持原根管方向。
Objective The aim was to compare the effects of three types of Ni-Ti files including Hero642,ProFile and Mtwo in preparing oval-shaped root canals and root canal filling.Methods After the preparation of oval root canal by using Hero642,ProFile and Mtwo Ni-Ti instruments respectively,thirty premolars of separated single root canals those need to be removed,of the patients(aged from 12 to 22 years old)got treatment in our hospital in 2019,were divided into three groups.Then the root canals were filled by injectable thermplasticized gutta-percha.The cross section of each tooth was made at 3 and 5 millimeters from the top of the tooth.The transverse section of alveolar bone and gum was measured by digital image,and the percentage of gum filling area(PGFA)was calculated.The aim was to evaluate effect of Hero642,ProFile and Mtwo Ni-Ti files in preparing oval-shaped root canals.Results No significant differences were found among the 3 different preparation at 3 mm from tooth apex(P>0.05).No significant differences were found in PGFA among the 3 different root canal obturation at 3 mm from tooth apex(P>0.05).The significant difference was found among the3 different preparation at 5 mm from the apex(P<0.05).Particularly,Mtwo Ni-Ti file presented the best of effect.Conclusions Mtwo Ni-Ti file in the preparation of oval-shaped root canals could well maintain the original root canal path and well effect.
