胃肠道疾病与心房颤动的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between gastrointestinal diseases and atrial fibrillation

心房颤动(AF)是一种以心房电活动紊乱为特征的心房快速性室上性心律失常,从而导致心房机械功能障碍。其发病机制目前尚未得到明确阐述,胃肠道疾病可能通过多种机制或多种共同的危险因素与房颤直接相关。此外,房颤的并发症和房颤的治疗可能会引起胃肠道疾病。关于房颤与胃肠道疾病等新的研究结果不断涌现,有利于我们对疾病进行更加全面的认识。本文就胃肠道相关疾病与心房颤动的相关风险进行阐述。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a type of rapid atrial supraventricular arrhythmia characterized by atrial electrical disturbances,which leads to atrial mechanical dysfunction.Its pathogenesis has not yet been clearly elaborated.Gastrointestinal diseases may be directly related to atrial fibrillation through multiple mechanisms or multiple common risk factors.In addition,complications of atrial fibrillation and treatment of atrial fibrillation may cause gastrointestinal diseases.New research results about atrial fibrillation and gastrointestinal diseases continue to emerge,which is conducive to a more comprehensive understanding of the disease.This article describes the correlation between gastrointestinal related diseases and atrial fibrillation.
