摘要
分析了马钢股份特钢公司高速车轮用钢生产线120 t EAF炉项目辅助电缆车辆电缆接入系统存在的问题,提出了改造设计方案。使用结果表明:采用重新设计的电缆防折断接入系统工作正常,故障率低,满足了生产要求。
This paper analyzed the problems existing in the cable access system of the auxiliary cable vehicle in the 120 t EAF furnace project of the high speed wheel steel pro⁃duction line of MaSteel,and put forward a transformation design scheme.The application re⁃sults showed that the newly designed cable anti-breaking access system worked normally and the failure rate was low,meeting production requirements.
